Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling

All merchandise is shipped directly from Lahaina, Maui, except for branded merch such as tees, hoodies, mugs, and hats. These items are shipped from our third party printer & embroider partners.  The estimated delivery from our branded merch vendor will be somewhere between 5-12 days.  

Regarding all other merchandise on our website, all shipping rates are calculated via USPS based on your shipping address. 

Orders are shipped 1-5 business days after the order is placed (except holidays). Orders placed on Holidays are shipped the next business day. Goin Left is closed on the following holidays: 

  • New Years Day
  • King Kamehameha Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Once shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation via email which will contain a tracking number from the shipping provider.

At times of increased sales volume, due to sales or holidays, there may be a delay in order processing. If this is a concern please reach out to goinleftmaui@gmail.com

Once an order has left Goin Left, it is in the care of USPS and/or your local postal service. Goin Left is not liable for any errors made by these service providers. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS and their customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Notification via e-mail or phone will be sent should one or more of the items ordered be backordered or out of stock.

Goin Left is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package is returned to our facility by the shipping provider, the customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order minus shipping fees.

Shipping Custom Orders

Custom orders (jewelry and home goods) require 10-14 business days to complete before they can be shipped or picked up. Orders may be expedited (within reason) with payment of a "Rush Fee". Email goinleftmaui@gmail.com to request the availability of this service.

Instructions and special requests for custom orders can be made via email at goinleftmaui@gmail.com. Incomplete, unclear or ambiguous instructions that require additional information from the customer may cause delay in processing and/or production of your order. In addition, delays in correspondence regarding custom orders will result in further processing and/or production delays.

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS with the exception of orders shipping to PO boxes, which will be shipped solely via the USPS. If you would like to inquire about using a different delivery carrier, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask.   

International

All international sales are final. International orders are shipped via USPS, which is then passed to the customer's local carrier. International orders may carry additional tariffs or duties we cannot predict. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs at the destination country. We do not control these costs and are not responsible for any affiliated delay. We recommend that you contact your local customs or post office with questions about which charges may apply for your country.
